How to fix crashes on iOS

A third party released a security update that caused a conflict with saved data on some iPhones which has impacted your Backgammon Galaxy App. If you have updated to the latest version and your app still closes immediately upon opening, please follow these steps in this exact order.

Method 1: The Deep Clean (Try this first)

Delete the Backgammon Galaxy app.

Restart your iPhone. (Do not skip this. You must power off and power on to clear the system cache).

Reinstall the app from the App Store.

Method 2: The Airplane Bypass (If Method 1 fails)

If the app still crashes, your phone is "remembering" the error via the internet.

Turn on Airplane Mode (disable Wi-Fi and Cellular).

Open the Backgammon Galaxy app.

Result: The app should open to the lobby or a "No Connection" screen without crashing.

Once the app is open and stable, turn off Airplane Mode (re-enable internet).

The app will reconnect and should now work normally.
