We are looking for a Principal Elixir Engineer to own and scale our backend. We run a high-traffic online gaming platform (16k+ DAU, 62k+ daily matches) and are actively expanding into real-money gaming.
The Vibe: Fully remote. Async. Low corporate overhead. We don’t sit in endless meetings; we write code and ship. We need a heavy producer who takes absolute end-to-end ownership of their features from design to production monitoring.
The Stack & Architecture:
Elixir/OTP, PostgreSQL (HA), Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes. You will be architecting and optimizing high-throughput, real-time distributed systems—specifically our game core, matchmaking engine, bot services, and our newly in-housed GNUBG analytics pipeline.
